Some moves define everything that follows. We help you get them right

Oliveet is a strategy, creative, and marketing firm. We work with organizations that are launching, expanding, or evolving and want to do it with clarity, confidence, and a presence that reflects the work they are actually doing.

Strategy

Research, planning, positioning, and market entry.

Creative

Identity, website, content, audio, and video.

Marketing

Social, local SEO, and thought leadership.

You already know what you want to build. The vision is clear

What you need now is the confidence that the foundation is solid: that the strategy is grounded in real research, that the brand reflects who you actually are, and that the right people will find you when it matters.

That is the work. And that is what we do.

Strategy, creativity, and a love for impact. That is what shapes everything we build

That love for impact is not decoration. It shapes how we work. We bring honesty to the strategy. Care for the creative work. Integrity to the marketing.

Strategy

Research, business planning, financial modelling, positioning, and market entry. The thinking that makes every move count.

Creative

Brand identity, website, graphics, content, and audio and video. The execution that makes the thinking real.

Marketing

Social media, local SEO, and thought leadership. Making sure your work reaches the people it was built for.

Think it through. Build it right. Make it reach.

01

We start with strategy

Before we build anything, we understand your market, your opportunity, and the right move to make.

02

We build everything it takes to show up well

Brand, website, content, graphics: all of it shaped by the thinking that came before.

03

We make sure the right people find you

Marketing built on the strategy, not separate from it.

What you can count on

We tell you the truth

If the market is not ready, we say so. If the positioning is off, we name it. Honest analysis before any recommendation.

We own the full picture

Strategy, creative, and marketing in one place. No handoffs between firms that have never spoken to each other.

We stay

The relationship does not end at launch. Ongoing support across all three areas because good work needs to keep performing.

Work that speaks for itself.

Confidential Energy Company

The challenge

The organization needed to strengthen how it was represented and discovered online.

Its digital presence needed to communicate greater clarity, credibility, and relevance to the audiences that matter in its sector.

The challenge was therefore broader than improving the appearance of a website. It required considering the relationship between the organization’s website, search visibility, corporate narrative, and external reputation.

What we did

We developed a coordinated two-part strategy:

Digital Repositioning: A new website strategy focused on establishing a stronger corporate presence, improving search visibility, and creating a digital property that could be owned, controlled, and developed over time.

PR & Media Positioning: A communications strategy designed to strengthen the organization’s external narrative through credible media presence, corporate positioning, executive positioning, and ongoing monitoring.

The two phases were designed to operate as one coordinated strategy rather than independent activities.

The result

The engagement produced a clear strategic roadmap for strengthening the organization’s digital identity and market positioning.

Rather than treating the website, search presence, and corporate reputation as separate problems, we developed a framework that connected them into one broader objective:

building a digital presence that supports trust, visibility, and commercial credibility.

CALDA

The challenge

CALDA needed to establish a professional and cohesive identity for a new leadership development institution serving the African Adventist community. The organization needed to communicate its mission clearly, present its programs professionally, establish credibility across multiple digital channels, and create a platform capable of supporting its growth across Africa.

What we did

We developed the core digital foundation for CALDA across four connected areas:

Brand Identity: We created the visual identity and brand guidelines that established how CALDA should look and communicate.

Website: We designed and developed a responsive WordPress website that became the organization’s primary digital home, presenting its mission, programs, events, insights, partnerships, and opportunities to get involved.

Professional Email: We established professional email infrastructure for the organization and its team, including security configuration and branded signatures.

Social Media: We established CALDA’s presence across major social platforms, developed a library of branded templates, and managed content and community engagement for the first three months.

The result

CALDA moved from having a developing institutional vision to having a cohesive brand and digital ecosystem capable of presenting that vision to a pan-African audience. The organization received a defined visual identity, a professional website, structured communication infrastructure, and a social media presence that could support ongoing engagement. Together, these elements gave CALDA a stronger foundation for building awareness, communicating its programs, engaging leaders, and developing partnerships across Africa.

Home Improve Interior

The challenge

Home Improve Interior operates in a highly visual industry where the quality of the brand presentation can strongly influence how potential clients perceive the business.

The website needed to communicate more than a list of interior design services. It needed to capture the studio’s philosophy: that good interior design should be personal, intentional, functional, and connected to how people actually live.

It also needed to present the business as capable of serving clients beyond a single physical location through virtual consultations and digital design services.

What we did

We created a website experience built around three things:

Positioning: Clearly communicating what Home Improve Interior stands for and how its approach differs from simply decorating a space.

Services: Structuring the studio’s capabilities across architecture, interior design, furniture, décor, planning, building, and re-furnishing.

Conversion: Creating clear pathways for potential clients to explore the work, understand the process, and book a discovery call.

We combined editorial-style storytelling, strong visual presentation, service architecture, testimonials, FAQs, and clear calls to action to create the experience.

The result

Home Improve Interior now has a digital presence that reflects the character of its work. The website presents the company not simply as a decorator, but as a design studio focused on creating spaces around the people who live in them. It gives potential clients a clearer understanding of the studio’s philosophy, services, process, global virtual offering, and next step.

Konkoma SDA Hospital

The challenge

Konkoma SDA Hospital needed to communicate the story behind its new hospital project in a way that could reach potential supporters beyond its immediate community. The challenge was bigger than simply explaining what was being built. The campaign needed to communicate the hospital’s history, demonstrate the urgency of the healthcare situation, present the vision for the new facility, and give potential donors a clear path to support the project.

What we did

We developed a connected fundraising experience around two primary assets:

A fundraising film that turned the hospital’s history, current challenges, and future vision into a compelling story.

A fundraising website that gave the campaign a permanent digital home where visitors could understand the project, explore the hospital’s story, follow updates, find donation information, and get in touch.

We also established professional email infrastructure and managed the project from research and scripting through production, development, revisions, and delivery.

The result

Konkoma SDA Hospital received a unified digital presence designed specifically around its fundraising mission. The video creates an emotional and visual introduction to the project. The website gives that story somewhere to continue, allowing visitors to explore the need, understand the vision, and take action. Together, the work transformed a fundraising message into a more complete digital experience for communicating the hospital’s mission and engaging potential supporters.

Market Entry & Investment Readiness Strategy

The challenge

The client was preparing to introduce a new beverage brand into the African market while still at the concept stage.

There was no established sales history to rely on, and critical decisions around consumer demand, pricing, market selection, distribution, unit economics, and investment requirements needed to be validated before significant capital was committed.

The challenge was therefore not simply to produce a business plan.

It was to build an evidence-based foundation for deciding whether, where, and how the brand should enter the market.

What we did

We built a six-part strategic system covering:

Consumer Validation
Testing the product concept with 150–200 target consumers across two East African markets.

Market Intelligence
Researching market dynamics, consumers, competitors, pricing, distribution, and regulatory considerations.

Business Strategy
Turning the research into a practical business plan covering market entry, operations, revenue, go-to-market, risks, and investment opportunity.

Financial Modelling
Building a three-year financial model with market-specific assumptions, cash flow, break-even analysis, and multiple scenarios.

Investor Communication
Translating the strategy and financial opportunity into an investor-ready pitch deck.

Pitch Preparation
Preparing the founder to communicate the opportunity and handle investor questions with confidence.

The result

The client moved from having a promising product concept to having a structured market-entry and investment-readiness framework.

The engagement connected consumer research, market intelligence, business strategy, financial modelling, investor communication, and founder preparation into one system.

Instead of making major launch decisions based primarily on assumptions, the client had a clearer evidence base for evaluating the opportunity and engaging potential investors and partners.
